4th Jobs & Trait Stats
4th job is the final tier for every class line on DewataRO, and it's what unlocks your six trait stats.
Reaching 4th Job
Talk to the Job Master at prontera 152,192 once you're a 3rd class (or an expanded 2-1 class like Rebellion/Kagerou-Oboro/Summoner/Expanded Super Novice).

Level Cap After 4th Job
Once you're a 4th job, your caps jump to Base 275 / Job 120 — the highest tier on the server. Full breakdown of every tier's caps is on Level Caps & EXP Curve.
Trait Stats
4th job also unlocks a second set of stats: POW, STA, WIS, SPL, CON, and CRT. These sit alongside your regular STR/AGI/VIT/INT/DEX/LUK and cap at 110 each.

Trait stats aren't allocated from a stat window — you buy them from the Stat Trainer (prontera 148,169) for 500,000 Zeny per point. See Stat Trainer for the full price list. Trying to raise one before you're a 4th job simply does nothing and costs no Zeny.
