Stylist & Reset Girl
The Stylist is also the entrance to the Fitting Room — a private dressing room where you can try on every costume in the game (Cash Shop and Activity-Coin stock alike) on your own character before buying. Talk to her and pick the Fitting Room option, or use the banner in the Cash Shop window.
Two Prontera NPCs cover your looks and your build: a free makeover artist and a flat-fee respec service.
Stylist
| Location | prontera 170,180 |
| Cost | Free |
| Uses | Unlimited |
Talk to the Stylist and pick what you want to change:
- Cloth color
- Hairstyle
- Hair color
Once you're in, cycle through looks with Next and Previous, jump straight to a specific style number, or hit Revert to original to go back to what you had when you walked in. There's no Zeny cost and no cap on how often you can use it — experiment freely.
Second Costume (3rd classes)
The original 13 third classes (Rune Knight, Royal Guard, Warlock, Sorcerer, Ranger, Minstrel, Wanderer, Arch Bishop, Sura, Mechanic, Genetic, Guillotine Cross, Shadow Chaser — transcendent and baby variants included) have an official alternate outfit. Pick Second Costume at any stylist NPC (the Prontera Stylist, or the stylists in Alberta, Prontera inn, Lighthalzen, Lasagna, Rachel, Juno and the Cash Mall) to switch between the basic style and the second costume. It is free, switch as often as you like, and the look sticks across relogs. Fourth jobs and expanded classes do not have a second costume — that outfit simply doesn't exist in the game data.
Reset Girl
| Location | prontera 147,192 |
| Lifetime limit | None |
The Reset Girl refunds spent skill points, stat points or trait points, for a flat Zeny fee:
| Service | Cost | Which build |
|---|---|---|
| Reset Skills | 5,000 Zeny | Either — skills are shared |
| Reset Stats | 5,000 Zeny | Follows your active build (see below) |
| Reset Traits | 5,000 Zeny | Follows your active build (see below) |
| Reset Both (Stats + Skills) | 9,000 Zeny | Follows your active build (see below) |
Resetting skills clears your entire skill tree and gives back every skill point spent, so you can rebuild it from scratch. There's no lifetime cap on this NPC — respec as many times as your Zeny allows.
Stat & Trait Resets Follow Your Active Build
Characters have two stat builds: Hunting (levels + Stat Trainer purchases) and War (level-earned points only). The Reset Girl resets whichever build is active when you talk to her — and the two are very different deals:
- War reset (safe): press the WAR / HUNT button on your stat window (Alt+A) so it shows ⚔ WAR, then talk to her. She resets your war allocation and returns the full level-earned pool. Nothing bought is involved, so nothing bought is at risk.
- Hunting reset (destructive): in Hunting mode she will reset your stats too, but only after an explicit agreement — every point you ever bought from the Stat Trainer is destroyed, permanently, with no refund. The rebuilt pool contains level-earned points only. She warns you at length and the safe option comes first in her menu; read it before you confirm.
- Skill resets (and the guild skill reset below) don't care which mode you're in — skills are shared between builds.
Guild Skill Reset
Guild masters can also reset their guild's skill tree here for 50,000 Zeny: every guild skill goes back to 0 (Guild Extension included, so the member cap shrinks back too) and all the guild skill points are refunded. Only the guild master can use it, and the fee is returned if anything goes wrong mid-reset.
