Guild Warehouse
The Guild Warehouse is a single shared storage that every approved member of your guild reaches from the same account. It is separate from your personal Kafra storage and from Premium Storage, and it is opened through the Guild Warehouse Manager, never through a Kafra.
Where to find the Manager
The Guild Warehouse Manager stands in 27 towns, including Prontera, Dewata, Geffen, Payon, Alberta, Al De Baran, Morroc, Izlude, Yuno, Lighthalzen, Einbroch, Hugel, Rachel and Veins.
Opening the warehouse costs 1,000 zeny every time. The fee is charged per opening, not per guild and not per day.
What your guild needs before it works
Four conditions, and the first two are the ones that actually stop people.
1. The guild must have learned Guild Storage Expansion
This is a guild skill bought with guild skill points, and a brand new guild does not have it. Until it is learned at level 1 or higher, nobody in the guild can open the warehouse, not even the guild master. Its prerequisites are deliberately steep:
| Prerequisite | Level needed |
|---|---|
| Guild Extension | 10 |
| Emergency Call | 1 |
| Cold Heart | 1 |
| Sharp Gaze | 1 |
Guild skill points come from guild level, so this is a genuine mid-term goal for a young guild, not something you unlock on day one.
2. The member's position must have the Storage permission
Permission is granted per position, not per person. See Managing who gets in below.
3. No other storage may be open
Close your personal storage or Premium Storage first. You can only have one storage open at a time.
4. Your account must be allowed to move items
Restricted accounts are refused.
Capacity
The level of Guild Storage Expansion decides the size, and raising the skill raises the warehouse immediately:
| Skill level | Slots |
|---|---|
| 1 | 200 |
| 2 | 300 |
| 3 | 400 |
| 4 | 500 |
| 5 | 600 |
Managing who gets in
Only the guild master can change this.
- Open the Guild window.
- Go to the Position tab.
- Tick the Storage box on every position that should be allowed into the warehouse.
- Press OK.
Members take on the permission of whatever position they hold, so promoting someone into a position that has Storage ticked grants them access at once, and moving them out removes it just as fast. This is the cleanest way to run it: decide which ranks are trusted, tick those, and manage people by rank instead of one by one.
If one member can open the warehouse and another cannot, this tab is nearly always the reason.
Only one member at a time
The warehouse can be open for one member at a time. While somebody has it open, everyone else who talks to the Manager is turned away. This is normal and not a bug. If your guild keeps colliding during busy hours, agree on who is doing the sorting rather than everyone trying at once.
Closing your window frees it for the next person straight away.
What can and cannot go in
Cannot be stored:
- Rental items, anything with a time limit on it.
- Account bound items, and items bound more tightly than the guild.
- Items the server marks as not storable.
Can be stored: normal gear, cards, consumables, and guild bound items, which is exactly what guild bound items are for.
Zeny cannot be stored. The Guild Warehouse holds items only. Use your personal storage for zeny.
Usage history
The Manager offers a second option to look up who took what and when. The server does record this, every item movement with the character name, the item, the amount, the refine and the cards, but our browser client cannot display that list yet, so the option currently does nothing visible. It is on our list. The records are being kept in the meantime, so nothing is being lost while we build the viewer.
Serious warnings
Disbanding the guild destroys the warehouse. Everything inside is deleted along with the guild, permanently, with no way to recover it. Empty the warehouse completely before breaking a guild, and treat this as the single most expensive mistake available to a guild master.
The warehouse belongs to the guild, not to you. Anything you put in can be taken out by any member whose position has Storage ticked. Give the permission to ranks you actually trust, and remember that leaving the guild does not give you your items back.
If your guild lost access it used to have
Guild storage permission used to be wiped whenever a guild master saved anything on the Position tab, because that tab had no Storage column to preserve. Eighteen of our twenty guilds ended up locked out this way. That bug is fixed.
If your guild was affected, the guild master opens the Position tab, ticks Storage on the ranks that need it, and presses OK. Access returns immediately, nothing inside the warehouse was ever lost, and you do not need to contact staff.
Refresh your browser first so you are running the fixed client.
